Episode 1 was taken down by FUNimation July, 2008 for Copyright infraction.
However, we are currently in talks with FUNimation for them to ignore us, basically, as long as we live up to their demands of really shoving it down peoples throats that it's a parody.
Ultimately, we'll see what happens, though the outlook does look good.

Honestly I'm surprised they didn't get that in the first place. How they could think it could be confused as anything but a fan parody is so far beyond me that my brain is actually physically trying to leave my skull right now.

If anything, you could see it as FUNimation insulting the intelligence of the viewers in assuming that we could possible think it's anything else. In any case, every time they take down an episode like five or more fans will re-upload it as with YAS.
